The founding laws, principles, and governance of The Order of The Knights Vanguard.
The Founding Laws of The Order
As amended — 2026
We, the members of The Order of the Knights Vanguard, declare our purpose to unite extraordinary individuals under a shared vision of leadership, power, and transformation. Recognising that the strength of the collective far surpasses that of the individual, we pledge to forge an elite brotherhood where ambition is nurtured, opportunities are seized, and influence is amplified.
Through mutual support and collaboration, we shall transcend barriers, elevate one another, and shape the world within our reach. Our Order is not merely a community — it is a force, a network of visionaries determined to leave a legacy that reshapes industries, societies, and destinies.
Together, we ignite possibilities. Together, we overcome challenges. Together, we strive. Together, we rule.
Section 1 — Purpose
1.1 Foundational Mission
The Order of the Knights Vanguard is established as a brotherhood of exceptional individuals dedicated to achieving power, transformation, and legacy. It exists to:

2.1 Strategic Goals
The Order aspires to:
2.2 The Order's Impact

Section 3 — Guiding Principles
3.1 Core Values
The Order is governed by principles that guide its actions and ensure its strength:
3.2 Balance of Interests
Section 4 — Strategic Intent
4.1 Power and Influence
4.2 Mutual Growth
The Order's strength lies in its ability to balance individual ambition with collective advancement:
Section 5 — Binding Declaration
5.1 Commitment to the Mission
Section 1 — Membership Philosophy
1.1 Eligibility
Membership in the Order of the Knights Vanguard is a privilege extended to individuals of extraordinary talent, ambition, and alignment with the Order's values. Members are expected to contribute to the Order's growth, legacy, and influence, while benefiting from its collective strength and resources. Admission is never guaranteed. The Order reserves the right to decline any candidacy without providing a reason.
1.2 Purpose of Tiers
Membership tiers reflect the varying levels of responsibility, influence, and contribution within the Order. Each tier plays a distinct role in advancing the Order's mission, fostering collaboration, and ensuring strategic governance.
Section 2 — Paths to Membership
There are three recognised paths by which an individual may seek admission to the Order. All paths require a formal application and are subject to a final decision by the Order. No path guarantees admission.
Path I
The Trial — Meritocratic Path
The Trial is the standard entry route. Candidates complete an online IQ and aptitude assessment administered by the Order. Those whose scores meet or exceed the qualifying threshold are invited to proceed with a formal application. The Order reviews the application and issues a final decision. Passing The Trial is sufficient — no endorsement from an existing member is required. Trial results are held in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the candidacy.
Path II
Senior Endorsement — Trust Path
A candidate may be admitted without completing The Trial if directly sponsored by an existing member of Paladin rank or above. The endorsing member assumes personal responsibility for the candidate's character, values, and alignment with the Order's principles. An endorsing member may sponsor no more than two new candidates per calendar year. The endorsing member's standing may be reviewed if a sponsored candidate is subsequently removed for misconduct. The candidate must still submit a formal application. The Order retains full authority to decline.
Path III
Distinguished Standing — Distinction Path
Candidates who hold, or have held, a position of significant professional distinction may apply citing that position as the basis for waiving The Trial. Such positions include, but are not limited to: chief executive or founder of a substantial enterprise, senior executive or director of a significant organisation, recognised investor or financier of material influence, or any equivalent position of demonstrated authority and responsibility. The candidate self-declares their position in the formal application. The Order evaluates whether the declared standing qualifies and issues a decision accordingly. No independent verification is required, but false or materially misleading declarations constitute grounds for immediate rejection or, if discovered post-admission, removal. The Order may also proactively issue direct invitations to individuals of known distinction.
Section 3 — Membership Tiers
3.1 Knights — The Foundation
Knights form the foundational base of the Order, driving engagement, innovation, and growth at the community level.
3.2 Sentinels — The Champions
Sentinels serve as a bridge between Knights and Paladins — mentors, innovators, and elevated contributors responsible for refining ideas and fostering grassroots participation.
3.3 Paladins — The Core Guardians
Paladins are the strategic core of the Order — mentors, strategists, and key contributors to governance.
3.4 Grand Masters — The Visionaries
Grand Masters are the elite leaders of the Order, guiding its strategy and safeguarding its traditions.
3.5 Supreme Grandmaster — The Sovereign
The Supreme Grandmaster is the ultimate authority and symbolic leader of the Order, responsible for preserving its mission and legacy.
Section 4 — Annual Membership Fees
4.1 Fee Structure
Membership is maintained through an annual fee denominated in Euros, payable by card, bank transfer, or accepted cryptocurrency.
| Tier | Annual Fee |
|---|---|
| Knights | €200 |
| Sentinels | €600 |
| Paladins | €1,750 |
| Grand Masters | €6,500 |
| Supreme Grandmaster | No fee applicable |
4.2 Lock-Fee Guarantee
A member's annual fee is locked at the rate in place at the time of their admission to a given tier. Future increases to the fee schedule for new entrants do not affect the locked rate of existing members at that tier. When a member is promoted to a higher tier, their fee becomes the locked rate for that new tier at the time of promotion. No member shall ever be charged more than their applicable locked rate.
4.3 Renewal and Suspension
Annual fees are due on the anniversary of the member's admission to their current tier. Members who do not renew within 60 days of their renewal date are placed into suspension. During suspension:
After the 60-day suspension window, membership lapses entirely. Reinstatement following a lapse requires a new application under the prevailing terms and fee schedule. The lock-fee guarantee does not survive a lapse in membership.
Section 5 — Tier Advancement
5.1 General Principles
Advancement within the Order is based on merit, contributions, and alignment with its values. HONOUR points, earned through active contribution, are the primary mechanism for advancement eligibility.
5.2 Advancement Criteria
Upon confirmation of promotion, the member's new voting weight takes effect immediately.
Section 1 — Governance Philosophy
1.1 Foundational Principles
The governance of the Order is rooted in inclusivity, transparency, and weighted influence — reflecting the varied levels of responsibility and contribution through a structured system that balances individual and collective authority.
1.2 Purpose of Governance
Governance exists to protect and advance the Order's mission, ensure equitable decision-making and resource allocation, and maintain the Order's adaptability to new challenges and opportunities.
Section 2 — Governance Bodies
2.1 The Supreme Grandmaster
The ultimate authority and ceremonial leader of the Order. Acts as final arbiter in disputes; oversees governance amendments and critical initiatives; represents the Order externally. Holds veto power over proposals, subject to override by a 75% supermajority vote of Paladins and Grand Masters combined. May invoke emergency powers in crises.
2.2 The Grand Masters Council
An advisory body that provides guidance to the Supreme Grandmaster and the General Assembly on critical decisions. It does not hold independent decision-making authority — its role is to counsel, not to govern. Holds exclusive authority to vote on Supreme Grandmaster succession. Functions as Emergency Council in the absence of the Supreme Grandmaster.
2.3 The Specialist Councils
Specialist Councils may be formed to provide expertise in specific domains (e.g., treasury, events, ethics). Composed of senior members appointed by the Grand Masters Council. They are advisory bodies only — they research, analyse, and recommend. They do not vote on or impose decisions. All final decisions rest with the General Assembly.
2.4 The General Assembly
The General Assembly comprises all members across all tiers and holds ultimate decision-making authority within the Order. No Council, body, or individual may override the legitimate outcome of a General Assembly vote, except through the Supreme Grandmaster's veto as provided herein.
Section 3 — Decision-Making Principles
3.1 Hierarchy of Authority
3.2 Transparency and Accountability
All proposals, voting results, and major governance decisions must be documented and made accessible to members. Treasury reports, governance amendments, and critical decisions are subject to periodic review.
Section 1 — Proposal Submission and Workflow
1.1 Submission of Proposals
Any member may submit a proposal addressing initiatives, governance changes, or resource allocations. Proposals must include a clear title and summary, the rationale and alignment with the Order's mission, and anticipated impact and potential risks.
1.2 Refinement and Debate
All proposals enter a 7-day discussion period during which members may debate, suggest amendments, and provide endorsements. The proposer may revise based on feedback. Major objections must be documented for transparency.
1.3 Proposal Advancement
At the end of the discussion period, proposals advance to voting if they meet endorsement requirements and align with the Order's principles. Proposals failing these criteria may be resubmitted with additional refinements.
Section 2 — Voting Power and Rules
2.1 Weighted Voting
| Tier | Votes per Member |
|---|---|
| Knights | 1 |
| Sentinels | 3 |
| Paladins | 10 |
| Grand Masters | 30 |
| Supreme Grandmaster | 100 |
2.2 Voting Thresholds
Section 3 — Critical Proposal Types
3.1 Governance Amendments
Must be proposed by Paladins, Grand Masters, or the Supreme Grandmaster. Require endorsements from 2 Paladins or 1 Grand Master. Approval requires a 66% supermajority across all tiers.
3.2 Leadership Decisions
Succession decisions are limited to Grand Masters. Requires a 75% supermajority vote. In the absence of the Supreme Grandmaster, the Grand Masters Council oversees leadership until a successor is elected.
3.3 Emergency Proposals
Emergency proposals may bypass the standard workflow under the authority of the Supreme Grandmaster to address immediate threats. Emergency actions remain valid for 6 months unless overridden by a 75% vote of Grand Masters.
Section 1 — Philosophy of Financial Management
The Order's treasury serves as a central resource to support its mission, operations, and initiatives. All treasury activities must be managed with transparency, accountability, and strategic focus — openly documented and accessible to members.
Section 2 — Sources of Revenue
The treasury is funded primarily through annual membership fees as defined in Article II, Section 4. Additional revenue may be generated through treasury investments, strategic initiatives approved by member vote, and other sources approved by the General Assembly.
Section 3 — Allocation and Approval
3.1 Allocation Categories
3.2 Supreme Grandmaster Authority
The Supreme Grandmaster may allocate funds in emergency circumstances without prior approval. All such allocations must be documented and disclosed in the next Treasury Report within 30 days.
3.3 Minimum Reserve Requirement
The treasury shall maintain a minimum reserve of €500,000 at all times. Treasury actions may not reduce the balance below this threshold except in emergencies requiring a 75% vote across all tiers. The reserve level shall be reviewed annually and may be adjusted by a 66% supermajority vote.
Section 4 — Transparency Measures
Treasury activities — including all allocations, investments, and remaining balances — must be documented and shared quarterly with all members. The Grand Masters Council shall oversee regular audits. Discrepancies must be addressed promptly and reported to the Supreme Grandmaster and, if necessary, to the membership.
Section 1 — Behavioural Expectations
1.1 Member Conduct
All members are expected to act with integrity, respect, and professionalism; uphold the Order's mission and principles; represent the Order honourably in all external engagements; foster collaboration and mutual support; and protect the confidentiality of the Order's internal matters.
1.2 Prohibited Behaviour
Members are strictly prohibited from: engaging in dishonesty, betrayal, or unethical behaviour; disrupting the Order's operations or governance processes; misusing the Order's resources, privileges, or confidential information; and harassment, discrimination, or abuse toward other members or external partners.
1.3 Duty of External Secrecy
To safeguard the Order's mystique and exclusivity, members are bound by a duty of external secrecy:
Section 2 — Core Ethical Standards
Members shall embody: Unity — loyalty and support; Leadership — leading by example; Integrity — honesty in all decisions; Innovation — creative and forward-thinking approaches; Legacy — prioritising the Order's enduring success. Members are entrusted with the Order's resources and must use them responsibly. Unauthorised use for personal gain at the Order's expense constitutes a violation.
Section 3 — Consequences for Violations
3.1 Accountability
Violations may result in temporary suspension of privileges, downgrade of membership tier, or permanent removal. Consequences shall be proportionate to the severity and impact of the violation.
3.2 Complaint Process
Any member may file a formal complaint with supporting evidence. Endorsement requirements:
Complaints are reviewed by the Grand Masters Council. Minor violations require a 50%+ majority vote of Paladins and Grand Masters. Major violations require a 66% supermajority vote of Grand Masters.
3.3 Disciplinary Actions
3.4 Protections
Members under review are granted the opportunity to defend themselves and present evidence. Removed members may appeal to the Supreme Grandmaster after a 12-month probationary period. Reinstatement requires endorsements from 2 Grand Masters and a 75% majority vote of Grand Masters.
Section 1 — Philosophy
Membership is a privilege that requires active participation, alignment with the Order's mission, and adherence to its values. Disciplinary measures are guided by fairness, transparency, and the opportunity for members to rectify their actions.
Section 2 — Accountability Processes
2.1 Reviewing Inactive or Unaligned Members
A formal review may be initiated for persistent inactivity for 6 or more months, failure to uphold the Order's values, or disengagement from tier-specific duties. Reviewed members are notified and given a 14-day response period. Paladins review Knights and Sentinels; Grand Masters review Paladins and other Grand Masters.
2.2 Downgrading Tiers
Grounds: consistent failure to fulfil tier responsibilities, misaligned conduct, or Code of Conduct violations.
Members facing downgrade may be placed on a 3-month probationary period before final action.
2.3 Removal
Grounds: severe violations of the Order's values; actions causing harm to the Order's reputation, mission, or members; or persistent inactivity without reasonable cause. Removal requires a 75% majority vote of Grand Masters and confirmation by the Supreme Grandmaster. Removed members lose all privileges and access. Appeals may be submitted after a 6-month probationary period.
Section 3 — Protections for Disciplined Members
Members under review are guaranteed a formal process with a reasonable period to present their case and access to a summary of the evidence against them. Removed or downgraded members may appeal after a 12-month probationary period. Reinstatement requires endorsements from 2 Grand Masters and a 75% majority vote of Grand Masters. The Supreme Grandmaster's decision is final. Members may petition for a review of disciplinary decisions with endorsements from 3 Paladins or 1 Grand Master.
Section 1 — The Role of the Supreme Grandmaster
The Supreme Grandmaster serves as the ultimate leader and guardian of the Order, entrusted with preserving its mission, vision, and legacy. Responsibilities include guiding the long-term vision; overseeing member advancement and admissions; facilitating resolution of disputes; acting as tie-breaker in governance votes; and acting as the symbolic figurehead and public representative in external alliances and partnerships.

Section 3 — Emergency Powers

3.2 Oversight and Safeguards
The Grand Masters Council must review all emergency actions within 6 months. Emergency actions may be overturned by a 75% vote of Grand Masters. The Supreme Grandmaster's veto power, emergency actions, and major decisions are subject to override by a 75% supermajority vote of Paladins and Grand Masters combined. Treasury actions during emergencies must be disclosed to the membership within 30 days.
Section 1 — Principles for Constitutional Evolution

Section 4 — Periodic Review
The constitution shall be reviewed every 5 years by the Grand Masters Council to assess its relevance and effectiveness. Recommendations arising from the review must follow standard submission and voting protocols. Members from all tiers may submit suggestions for amendments through their respective tier representatives.
